Apparently, it's legal for women to be topless in Liverpool. Yes we said legal and no not on a Friday night. But the law only applies if the female in question is selling fish in tropical fish stores. Sounds a little suspicious to us- imagine what would happen if she leaned over a tank full of piranhas. Metro are not too sure about this fact so we're thinking of contacting Liverpool council to pick their brains and maybe try and extend the law to the whole of Britain and maybe not just limited to the pleasure of fish.
