I think it's letting go of those you love..!

Losing your loved ones.  When my mum passed away last christmas I was by her side, holding her hand and as she took her last breath it was the hardest thing i've ever done in my life watching her slip away.  I'll never forget that for as long as I live.  Brings tears to my eyes thinking about it.
